McKevitt’s Village Hotel (left at end of Tholsel/pedestrianised street then 50 metres on right) – is most definitely 2 steps up from the food offering in other pubs – good, tasty food, friendly service & good with families/children.

Artebrano Café – Newest in Carlingford & deservedly already achieved a loyal following.
On Tholsel Street (pedestrianised) – down laneway just opposite entrance to Adventure Centre.
Wildwood – just straight on along past the end of Tholsel Street (pedestrianised), past The Centra & The Baytree, then 75 metres on the left.
Tasty food, good coffee, run by very affable Joanne. Semi indoors/outdoors or take it down to the harbour if fine and sit on one of the benches & enjoy the view!

Just 15 minutes from Carlingford on the Dundalk road — on the left just before you get on Junction 18 of the M1 motorway.
We love it here. Open 7 days 9am to 4.30pm
Great coffee & teas, great food, pizzas, places to sit – outside covered & inside.
Funky food shop, flowers & other items.
Maggie’s – Cooley Kickham’s GAA ground – just 8km from here on way back to Dundalk, on the right.
Greenore Golf Club – 8km away – no need to be a member – pint & lunch during day, great view.
Coast & Co, in the old schoolhouse – Greenore, 7 km away, on main street, far from the madding crowd.
